Now, the second one has arrived and is functioning beautifully. They instructions were clear, they paid for shipping and it came in less than week. Classic look, great sound, many functions.Also, I want to say that I got this as a gift for Christmas. The first one was defective and it could not have been easier to make the exchange via Amazon.
This product looks far more expensive than it is. You hear almost no "pops" or scratchy sounds at all. My mom is proud to display this handsome record player in her home. This record player is beautiful to look at and the sopund is incredubly clear and gorgeous. We bought this for my mom for Christmas to play her old records.
Bob Cunningham Crosley had no record of course and the distributor was slow in getting back to us (can't remember who it was). It arrived defective so since it came from a third-part distributor, we are still trying to get it repaired before the warranty runs out. It was a Christmas present purchased 12/3/06 so it has taken quite a while to get responses from the parties involved.
